Do you offer free shipping?+

Yes! All orders above $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 will be charged $5.99 for standard shipping.

How long will it take to process and deliver my order?+

  • Delivery time: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days.
  • We ship from our USA warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
Are there any customs duties or taxes?+

Alupssuc is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Any fees charged during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

You can track your order by entering your tracking code, order number, or email address on our Track Your Order page to view the latest shipping status.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?+


We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What items are eligible for a return?+

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags).
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?+

Contact us at support@alupssuclife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

What should I do if my item is damaged, defective, or wrong?+

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Can I exchange an item?+

We recommend returning the item first. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I get my refund?+

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us at support@alupssuclife.com.
