Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 to the United States and Europe. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Alupssuc!

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing (additional fees apply)

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 4-7 business days after processing (additional fees apply)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and local carrier schedules. International orders may be subject to customs processing, which can add additional time.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and most European countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected upon delivery.

Yes! All orders above $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 will be charged $5.99 for standard shipping.

  • We ship from our USA warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
Are there any customs duties or taxes?+

Alupssuc is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Any fees charged during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?+


We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What items are eligible for a return?+

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags).
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?+

Contact us at support@alupssuclife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

What should I do if my item is damaged, defective, or wrong?+

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Can I exchange an item?+

We recommend returning the item first. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I get my refund?+

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
